Afrikstore focuses on food that are consumed by Africans. We source our products from standard and reputable companies that have long history in business.

In as much as we focus on making food cheaper and available during this period of inflation for Africans, we may have to make adjustment on product amount due to factor beyond Afrikstore’s control  such as exchange rate, inflation and other unforeseen factors.  We do try to update out amount of each item on the website regularly and incase there is any change in the amount after the placement of order, we will inform the web user about it as we do have right to change the product amount due to the earlier reasons and not bond to release at the amount the web user placed the order.

Shipping Information


The final shipping price will be determined by the courier used to transport the item to the web user.

Free shipping on order from 120 BGN.

We only ship through Econt and Speedy at the moment and shipping information should be sent to the email provided along the delivery details submitted.

Orders Shipped outside Bulgaria is not available for shipment at the moment:

We try to ship all order placed in Sofia before 3pm same-day but do note shipping process can take up to 48 working hours.

Estimated delivery takes 1-2 business days but we mostly deliver within 24 hours by the 3rd party shipping companies that we use Econt and Speedy. For delivery status, kindly contact the desired courier used with the tracking number which will provide after shipment to your email.


Orders within Sofia:

We ship within Sofia, processing can take up to 48hour but we try to process mostly same-day. Place your order and we will contact you with the delivery cost while most delivery are done same day within 3hrs – 7hrs after placing order.


Pickup or click to collect is not available at the moment.


Outside Bulgaria Shipment is not available at the moment.


Products are transported at web user’s expense and risk.

The web user shall be responsible for any additional cost that occurs after shipment in the process of delivery either to change address, return to the shipper and for any other situation that might arise excluding only if the cause is from the shipper.

Return Policy


3 Days Return Policy

Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer.

Below are the categories of products that can be returned within 14 days for full refund or exchange.


Sealed cosmetics

Braids

Sealed or Packed dry products (including flours and grains)


You have a 24 hour duration to report any defected products received from the store or that is delivered to you for replacement or refund.


Below are the products that can not be returned.


Frozen products

Broken sealed products.

Non-sealed products.


Refund will be made by the best means to the original web user that made the order at shippers discretion between 24 hours to 72 hours.


Your complains are always welcome by reaching us on Live Chat during or email info@afrikstore.com and we do our best to resolve any challenge expirenced by the web user.

Protection of personal data


We do have options to register on our website which do we not ask for any sensitive information. Your information stored with us will not be passed to any marketing company but solely for the purpose of processing your order and passing it to the delivery companies Econt and Speedy on your behalf for the delivery of your order.

If registered, you can edit, delete anytime you want and we can do likewise if the need arises. 


Limitations to order processing


According to EU law, some orders can not be placed online which includes Alcohol drink while frozen foods can be arrange for pickup by the web user at their risk.

Variable weight products such that required manual measurement can makes the final total differs which we can request for the extra or refund the balance as web users wish.


Payment Option


At the moment, we only accept cash on delivery from the website users, the cash payment is considered to be to support the availability of affordable African food.


If order is shipped on credit, the below agreement is accepted by our website user:


All judicial and extra judicial costs which SUPPLIER incurs as a result of the web user not meeting his/its payment obligations shall be borne by the web user also known as the the order initiator.


Notwithstanding any delivery and the transfer of the risk, the delivered products remain the property of SUPPLIER until the web user has completely met all his/her support obligations under the agreement in question.

If support  is not made within the stipulated time that both parties agreed on and after a friendly reminder from the order sender, The web user hereby irrevocably grants permission to the supplier to enter the places where the items are located for repossession.

The web user shall be responsible for the costs associated with such retrieval of the products.
